CANCELLATION POLICY

  • A non-refundable deposit will be charged during booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund of the deposit.

  • Prices are subject to change at the discretion of the service provider. Any price adjustments will be communicated prior to the service.

  • The service provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies.

  • Please provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests to avoid additional charges.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service duration to ensure timely service for other clients.

  • No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

  • For group bookings or specialized services, additional cancellation policies may apply, which will be communicated during the booking process.

  • By booking an appointment, you agree to comply with the establishment's policies and any applicable terms and conditions.
